Press the yellow button on the screens where Help is displayed and you will be taken to a help screen.

Use the coloured buttons (red, green, yellow and blue) on your remote control to navigate through the voting process.

When requested use the number pad on your remote control to enter numbers onto the screen.

By pressing the blue button from any page you can always return to the previous screen.
